To get to the Lumniescent Ore Fields, speak to Maxon. Maxon can be found South of the Capital City Bank.

Take the uncharged essence in your inventory to one of the Altars around the map to create charges.

Click on the corresponding Altar to convert your Uncharged Essence into Charges.
